Dear Spencer, We'd like to thank you, once again, for all your help in finding us a flat. You've given helpful, and frank, advice throughout, and focussed your search on our specific requirements (unlike some other agents who have simply bombarded us with properties that didn't match what we were looking for). If you hadn't seen our e-mail out-of-hours on Friday night and pulled out all the stops to make sure we were first to view the flat on Saturday, I'm sure we wouldn't have got 128c.
