David - thanks for handling the process after that, dealing with the bids etc and keeping the process moving as fast as possible to ensure we moved before baby2 arrived. We moved in to our new place successfully and had baby2 - another boy - 2 weeks later - so it was quite down to the line!!
Luckily we had managed to unpack most things before then and the rest still remains unpacked as looking after 2 little ones leaves no free time - and hence why it has taken me so long to get in touch. Dear David & Robert On behalf of Andrew and me, I am writing a short note to thank you very much for your hard work and persistence, which enabled the sale of No 40 to be exchanged on Friday. As I think you know, there have been occasions when both Andrew and I wondered if a buyer would ever appear. This is a very good result and amusing to find that each possible sale was agreed at a better price, yet in a market which seemed still in reverse. Mike

From the beginning, our experiences with David at Paramount Properties have always been top-class. We had a high-end property in an up-and-coming area that would potentially break the ceiling price on the street. During the process, we also discovered some builder damage to the house that required immediate attention and remedying.

With a deposit contract, both the seller and buyer commit to the sale within a selected time frame, so both parties can feel less stressed and confident that the sale/purchase of the house will go through as planned.
